Sanctions

Determined by the nature of the offense, the possible sanctions for harassment or discrimination may include:

  • Expulsion from the University

  • Expulsion from the Living-Learning Centers

  • Demotion

  • Suspension

  • Oral reprimand

  • Documented reprimand

  • Salary freeze

  • Suspension without pay

  • Termination from employment
