DU Bookstore in the Power Center

The bookstore covers two floors with textbooks and school supplies on the lower level. We have almost 25,000 titles of general reading books and magazines, and an expanded selection of Duquesne clothing, cards and gifts.

There is also a Barnes & Noble café serving snacks, sandwiches and Starbucks coffee.

Tremendous Selection of Used Books

We work with faculty, administrators, students and national used book wholesalers to provide the largest number of used books possible. Used books will save you 25% and are a great way to help manage your school expenses.

Buyback Throughout the Year

Did you know you can buy textbooks at the bookstore, use them for the entire semester, and then sell them back to us for up to 50% of your original cost? We pay cash for textbooks all year long, but the best time to sell your books is at the end of the semester.

Convenient Online Textbook Ordering

Once you know which classes you’re taking, you can go to our Web site and order the books you’ll need (new or used) directly from your bookstore. You can have them delivered to your home or Living Learning Center, or you can pick them up at the bookstore at the start of the semester – it’s your choice.

Show Your Duquesne Pride

We have a great selection of Duquesne merchandise and school spirit wear, both in the store and on our Web site. It’s the perfect way for you – or Mom and Dad – to show your Duquesne pride.
