1.) How often are prizes drawn?
Prizes are drawn once per month. All vouchers and attendance logs must be received in the Benefits Office by the last business day of the month in order to be entered in that month’s prize drawing.

2.) How do I earn vouchers for activities that I do at home – like jogging or attending Weight Watchers? 
For these types of activities, print an attendance log and keep track of your activities throughout the month. Return the log to the Benefits Office by the last business day of the month and we’ll enter up to four vouchers for you for that month.

3.) Are family members eligible to participate in Wellness in Motion?
Wellness in Motion is only open to full-time employees.

4.) I’m not enrolled in Duquesne’s benefit program. Am I still able to participate?
Yes, all full-time employees are eligible to participate. Please note that in order to qualify for the $0 copay benefit through the Medication Therapy Management program, you must be a member of Duquesne’s medical plan.
