The Wecht Institute is pleased to offer the following continuing education opportunities for relevant professionals attending this conference:

 

               As an approved provider of Continuing Legal Education, the Institute
 is offering twelve (12) substantive CLE credits—6 for the Friday portion of the program and 6 for the Saturday portion. All out-of-state attorneys should check with their state CLE boards for approval status.

               In partnership with the Duquesne University School of Nursing, the Institute is offering twelve (12) Continuing Education Units for Pennsylvania Nurses. Duquesne University School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing education by the PA State Nurses Association an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 

               This program is offered for twelve (12) hours of social work continuing education through co-sponsorship of the University of Pittsburgh's School of Social Work, a Council on Social Work Education-accredited school and, therefore, a PA pre-approved provider of social work continuing education. These credit hours satisfy requirements for LSW/LCSW, LPC and LMFT biennial license renewal.  

               In partnership with the Duquesne University Department of Psychology, the Institute is offering five (5) credits for psychologists attending the Thursday segment of the program. Duquesne University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Duquesne University maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
