Q. What forms must be completed upon graduation or withdrawal?
A. If you received a Stafford Loan or a Federal Institutional Loan (i.e. Perkins, Nursing, Health Professions Loan), you must complete an Exit Interview.
Q. How do I complete a Stafford Loan Exit Interview?
A. You can complete it online at through the National Student Loan Data System:  NSLDS.
Q. How do I complete a Federal Institutional Loan Exit Interview?
A. Please complete the exit interview for Perkins, Nursing, Health Professions and Institutional Loans on-line.
Q. When do I begin repayment of my Federal Stafford Loan (s)?
A. You have 6 months after you graduate, leave school or drop below half-time enrollment, before you begin repayment.
Q. When do I begin repayment of my Federal Perkins Loan?
A. You have 9 months after you graduate, leave school, or drop below half-time status before you must begin repayment.
Q. Can I consolidate my Federal Loans?
A. Yes. You can obtain information on consolidating loans at www.loanconsolidation.ed.gov.
