Summer 2010 Forensic Science and Law Workshop
The professional Forensic Science and Law fraternity Phi Sigma Lambda invites you to apply for our Seventh
Annual Forensic Science and Law Workshop at Duquesne University this summer.
Students and faculty of the Bayer School Forensic Science and Law program in participation with the Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law will offer a three-day workshop to be held July 19-21, 2010. Approximately 20 high school students from Pittsburgh and the surrounding area will be selected to participate.

Who May Apply
Applicants must be high school juniors or seniors as of Fall 2010 and have a strong interest in the sciences. Consideration will be given to exceptional sophomore students. Applicants also must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
All application forms are reviewed on a first-come basis; those received by May 8, 2010 will take priority. All applications must be postmarked by the final deadline of June 12, 2010. Please mail applications to:

Students who are selected to participate in the Forensic Science and Law Workshop will be notified prior to July 1, 2010. A detailed schedule and additional information about the Forensic Science and Law Workshop will be mailed with the acceptance letter. Phi Sigma Lambda requests a $40 deposit fee at the time of acceptance, and the balance must be paid at registration on July 20. Housing is available for out-of-town students at an additional cost.
