Training and Development

Employees at Duquesne University have access to educational opportunities that provide enhancement in skills and on-the-job performance. Program workshops include professional and skill development, leadership, University systems and procedures, compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and wellness.

The Office of Human Resource Management maintains a Training and Development lending library of books and digital media which address various business and wellness related topics.

Training and Development Programs are also offered through various other departments including:

• Center for Teaching Excellence
• The Gumberg Library
