The following lists the number of education credits necessary after completing an accredited business program.

Diversity - 9 credits
Professional Track - 9 credits
Student Teaching - 6 credits

Option to add Instructional Technology Specialist - 6 credits

Please see the Program Advisement Sheet for Graduate BCIT students

BCIT is a K-12 instructional area; therefore,  the three (3) PPST Praxis I, Fundamental Subjects tests are required along with Content Knowledge and Business Education tests to receive an initial PA Certificate.  Visit the PDE website regarding testing requirements.
