PA Legal Research

Review of published Pennsylvania primary resources (court reports, constitution, statutory law, administrative law) and secondary sources (digests, citators, annotations, encyclopedias, continuing legal education materials) with some references to important Internet Web sites..

This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for (3) credits of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and (0) credits of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit

Internet Legal Research

Provides history of Internet, components of the Internet, general web sites, various types of search engines, general and legal Web sites including primary and secondary Web sites for federal and Pennsylvania legal information, general information such as finding people, news and periodical literature.

This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for (3) credits of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and (0) credits of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit
