Books: Not all classes require books. Check to be certain that you have all of the texts and materials required for your class. Go to: duquesne.bkstore.com and check the listing of your class. All other course materials will be located on your course website.
File Maintenance Information: In order to receive all transfer credits possible, it is essential that we have official copies of your transcripts. Unofficial copies help us to get you up and running with a credit evaluation quickly. Coast Guard Servicemembers need only to send their CG Institute paperwork to have transcripts evaluated.
After we receive your official transcripts, an "advanced standing" report will be generated and sent to you. Coast Guard students will receive a copy of the "student agreement" form. Please make sure that you have sent this information to us at the address above.
Tuition Assistance: We must have a completed tuition assistance form in order to bill the DOD. If we do not have this form, invoices will be sent to your home. Please submit a tuition assistance form for each class in which you enroll and be sure that it is sent to our office prior to the start of class. Please use the address listed above or you may also fax this information to 412.396.4711.
Communication/Email Access: From this point forward, we will communicate with your via your Duquesne University email address. Note: Please be sure to keep us up to date on your change of address/phone numbers, etc.

- Set up your account at www.duq.edu/multipass
- Access you email account through DORI by clickon on the email icon
