Master of Science in Leadership, Concentration in Business Ethics

The Master of Science in Leadership, concentration in Business Ethics (MSLBE) program was developed in response to feedback from employers and managers who indicated a strong demand for these skills in today’s complex global marketplace. Students gain a broad-based set of skills to complement their business or technical training. MSLBE students are typically professionals from a wide variety of industries and career levels including:

  • senate research analysis

  • procurement analyst and domestic relations office

Curriculum
The MSLBE curriculum addresses ethical theory as well as application of ethics and leadership in the business environment. Courses include global ethics, information ethics, leading people and managing relationships, conflict resolution and organizational ethics.

Program Structure
These 36 credit master’s degree programs are available entirely online.  As a student you'll have access to learning resources and support services including the Duquesne University Library, online writing center, and contact with faculty and advisors.  You’ll join a peer-learning network of people from the community and corporate, nonprofit, government and military sectors. As a graduate you’ll join a network of more than 81,000 active alumni located around the globe.

The program can be completed in two years. The academic year is structured with three semesters per year:  two 15-week terms in fall and spring and one 8-week term in summer.

The Master of Science in Leadership, concentration in Business Ethics is also offered in Fort Indiantown Gap in Lebanon County and Moon Township, PA.
