How to Delegate Effectively
March 21, 2012 - 12 to 1 p.m. EST

The inability to delegate is one of the most common problems managers encounter today. Learning how to delegate effectively is an essential skill to managing your workload and increasing your work output. If tasks that you delegated are not being completed well, or are not being done on time, this may be a sign that these tasks have been poorly delegated. Poor delegation will not only affect your job performance, but also how your team performs. This workshop is designed to help you to become more effective at delegation.

Implementing & Executing a Strategic Plan
April 18, 2012 - 12 to 1 p.m. EST

Your organization's strategic plan can be destroyed by poor implementation at the departmental and team level. Implementing a freshly chosen strategy and making it work within your department takes a lot of time and attention; you need an understanding of the "big picture," as well as all the sequential steps of the implementation process. This workshop will give you a broad overview of the implementation process and explore the lessons learned from those that have been successful in implementing and executing a strategy within their organizations.

Building Effective Work Relationships
May 23, 2012 - 12 to 1 p.m. EST

The quality of work relationships in organizations has a tremendous impact on the level of employee productivity. Employees caught up in bickering and disruptive conflicts are more likely to produce poor work, whereas a cohesive and collaborative staff can create an effective and productive organization. Unfortunately, poor work relationships are prevalent in many organizations, and managers are not always comfortable or prepared to deal with them. This webinar will look at how to cultivate positive relationships among the employees in your work team. Topics will focus on Dynamic Listening, How to Work with Difficult People, Keys to Giving Constructive Feedback, and Resolving Conflicts among Team Members.

Improving Organizational Performance through Employee Engagement
June 13, 2012 - 12 to 1 p.m. EST

How engaged are your team members? How do you go about building commitment and creating a culture of accountability within your team? Enlightened leaders recognize the importance of partnering with their employees. This workshop will focus on the approaches you can take to engage employees on an intellectual and emotional level to increase loyalty and create positive attitudes.
