Format for the Group
• We will reflect upon passages from the writings and teachings of the world's great philosophers, psychologists, and spiritual teachers.
• Each meeting will begin with a reading, followed by a brief reflection from the facilitator.
• Following the facilitator's reflection, the group members will be invited to offer their own and to enter into dialog with the facilitator and with one another.
• To conclude each meeting, the group will enter into silent meditation, allowing the reading to heal aspects of the person's life that may be wounded or require the most attention.
