Group Housing

Group Housing at Duquesne provides an option for students to live together in groups of 12, 16, 26 or 28.  This option is available to any group of students wishing to live together.  All Group Housing is in the Duquesne Towers Living Learning Center.

Each group wishing to obtain a wing must complete an application which includes basic information about your wing members. Every member of the group must submit the $300 housing deposit and complete a housing agreement.

Wings are awarded by the Office of Residence Life based on the group’s submission of a complete application, as well as on a “first come, first served” basis.  Housing wings are assigned by the Office of Residence Life based upon an overall projection of housing needs for the upcoming academic year.
