Off The Beaten Path: A Sophomore Group

Take time out of your ordinary path of life and reflect on your faith

A Break from the Beaten Path with Peers

Off the Beaten Path is a group of Duquesne students who meet regularly, every other week to share food and faith. The group chose their name from the fact that they take time out of their ordinary path of life, the busyness of classes, activities, and studying, to come together to talk about various aspects of their faith. They meet at Off Ramp, share a meal, and discuss current issues from pop culture or world events, to the Duquesne community. Some discussions have centered on maintaining one's faith in college, the positive and negative aspects of Facebook, and the history and ministry of the Spiritans. The ideas come from the students and they are able to talk about the things that are most prevalent in their lives. It is good to come together in an informal setting and just be able to talk about various issues relating to faith.

Off the Beaten Path meets every Wednesday at 9:00 PM in the Spiritan Campus Ministry Center. All are welcome!
