Group Fitness

With four group fitness studios, the Power Recreation Center offers classes to meet all  university members’ needs. Whether you are interested in kickboxing, zumba, spinning, pilates, or yoga, we believe you can find a high quality class to fit into your demanding schedule.

To receive notifications regarding new classes, cancellations, and other wellness information, send an email to lasurea@duq.edu with a subject line of Notification List and you will be added.

Special Announcements:

  • There will be no group fitness classes November 23-25 and December 8.

  • December 9 from 4-7pm in the Power Center 2nd Floor Lobby, destress with free 5 minute mini-massages to prep for finals week.

  • During finals week (December 9-16) only yoga classes will take place.

All classes are open to faculty, staff, and students of Duquesne and are FREE with no need to sign up! Bring your University ID, towel, and water bottle!
