With four group fitness studios, the Power Recreation Center offers classes to meet all  university members’ needs. Whether you are interested in kickboxing, zumba, spinning, pilates, or yoga, we believe you can find a high quality class to fit into your demanding schedule.

All classes are open to faculty, staff, and students of Duquesne and are FREE with no need to sign up! Bring your university ID, towel, and water bottle!

NEW CLASS OFFERINGS THIS SUMMER

Try something new this summer!  We will be offering a 7am Boot Camp, Step Challenge, Target Heart Rate Zone Spin Classes, and Acro Yoga!

Note: Thursday 5pm Ashtanga yoga will be held outside weather permitting.  To find out the location of the class, call at or after 4pm at 412.396.5050 or check for the sign on the front desk.

Acro yoga officially begins Wednesday May 22!  Come try it out!  You won't be disappointed!
