Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training has the best of both worlds--Group Exercise and Personal training! Here, you can work out with your friends, but receive specialized attention to your individual needs as well as perfecting your form. No two people are like, nor should they train in the same way. With Group Personal Training, we limit our groups to 4 or less so that your individual goals can be adequately considered and met.

The Personal Training Program, open to all students, administrators, faculty, and staff, offers one-on-one sessions with a qualified personal trainer who designs a fitness program to specifically meet your needs and interests. This high-quality instruction, motivation, and support for your new fitness routine also includes:
- An opportunity to become healthier and more confident in your fitness regimen.
- A focus on goal setting and attainment of those goals in a fun, safe environment.
- A free health assessment with the purchase of 10-Personal Training Sessions.
A one hour session which introduces participants to the fitness equipment and help them utilize it in a safe and effective manner. Sessions are FREE and open to all students, faculty, and staff of the Duquesne University community throughout the academic year. Click here for more information!
