Center for Student Involvement

The Center for Student Involvement serves students by:

  • Offering advice and assistance in all phases of campus programming
  • Maintaining an updated list of recognized student organizations
  • Assisting with the coordination of volunteer activities (DUV)
  • Implementing multiple tracks of the SPIRIT Leadership Program
  • Presenting cultural, educational, social and recreational programs in support of Duquesne University's mission and goals
  • Scheduling and maintaining the Duquesne Union

Our staff extends services to all students and student organizations, faculty, staff, and alumni, and works closely with the members of the Class Councils, Duquesne Program Council, Duquesne University Volunteers and the Student Government Association.

Student Leadership

The SPIRIT Emerging Leaders Program and SPIRIT Women's Leadership Program prepare students for leadership and service roles, not only within student organizations, but in their respective communities as well.
