Posting Jobs and Internships

DuqCareerLink - your portal to qualified candidates


New users must first register with DuqCareerLink to create an account within the Duquesne University employer database.  Once you are a registered user, you will be able to post jobs and internships for Duquesne University students and alumni. In addition, you will be able to request information session dates as well as dates for On-Campus Recruiting.

Post a job or internship opportunity
  • Log in to DuqCareerLink
  • Enter your username and password, click “Go”.
  • Click on the “Jobs” tab, then click “Add New”
  • Fill in all required fields, click “Submit”

All jobs and internships are marked as “pending” until reviewed and approved by the Center for Career Development.  The approval process typically occurs within 24 hours. If we have any questions, you will receive a phone call or email from us. The job expiration date is automatically set for 90 days after the posting date, however we encourage you to be specific about the dates of your posting. You will receive an automatic email when the posting deadline approaches with the option to extend the posting date if desired.

We strongly encourage employers to post their jobs or internships through DuqCareerLink. If you are unable, you may send these openings to careerservices@duq.edu following this format: include complete contact information (Employer name, Contact person, Email address, and Mailing address) and a detailed job description.  The Center for Career Development will post these opportunities as quickly as possible, but you should expect the process to take 5 business days.
