Payment deadline is Friday, August 23, 2013. No refunds after this date. Your registration will not be complete nor will a table be assigned until all fees are received. A member of the Career Services Staff will contact you to confirm your registration within 3 days of receiving your registration information.
Employer Luncheon and Hospitality Area
A light lunch will be provided from 2 - 4 p.m on the day of the Career Fair. Refreshments will also be available throughout the event. A light continental breakfast will also be provided on the morning of the interviews.
Depending on your registration package, at the job fair each organization will be provided one or two 6-foot tables and tablecloths. We will not be able to provide special equipment such as TV monitors, slide projectors, screens, or electrical outlets for your display.
Due to space limitations, and as a courtesy to your neighbor, we ask that you either set your display on or behind your table. Displays will not be permitted on either side of your table --- creating wings or extensions. We will ask that any display which obstructs the view of others be removed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Your display must fit the following designated space:
Tabletop dimensions = 6' x 2'
Height restrictions for Tabletop Display = 5'
Height restrictions for Floor Display = 8'
*Requirements do not apply to Double Booth Registration Packages.
Unloading and Loading of Materials/Equipment - Day of Fair
Student Volunteers and Career Services Center staff members will be available to assist you with the unloading of your materials and equipment from the top of the Forbes Avenue parking garage to the Ballroom. Once your materials have been unloaded, you can proceed to park your vehicle in the Forbes Avenue Garage.
If you need assistance after the Career Fair, please go to the Career Services Center Information table located at the front of the Ballroom.
All company literature and displays that are being shipped, MUST BE RECEIVED by Tuesday, August 27, 2013 to ensure prompt arrival at your booth on the day of the fair. Packages may be shipped to:

Following the Career Fair, we can arrange for your materials to be shipped the next day through either FedEx or UPS. You are responsible for attaching a shipping label to your packages and alerting a member of the Career Services Staff before leaving.
Directions and Parking
Directions to Duquesne University.
Parking is included within the registration fees and will be provided in the Forbes Avenue Garage on Duquesne University's campus. Additional details will be sent one week prior to the event.
