Emily Squiller & Liz Keller
Assistant Director and Director
I'm Liz Keller and I'm the Director of Orientation. I am a senior biology/pre-med major. Outside of Orientation I am involved in Tri-Beta and Phi Eta Sigma honors societies and Crossroads Christian Fellowship. While I'm not doing all that or studying or sleeping or eating, chances are I'm running, taking spur of the moment adventures (occasionally to other countries), cooking or trying to nail the perfect Instagram. To all the freshmen and new students: I encourage you to find what makes you happy. This is the time of your life and therefore it is up to you to welcome each day with an open mind and make it the time of your life. Let yourself be who you truly are and surround yourself with positivity. Good things are to come for you at Duquesne.
Hi! I'm Emily Squiller and I'm the Assistant Director for Orientation 2015. I'm majoring in Early Childhood Education PreK-4. What I like most about Duquesne is the the great people and great location of the school. Everyone I have meet here is always willing to lend a helping hand and give a friendly hello as you pass them on A-Walk. My professors really get to know me and do everything to help me succeed. As for the location, I love that we are right in the middle of a city, there is so much to do: whether its going to Market Square to grab lunch or braving the Southside steps for some shopping, you will never be bored and there is always something new to discover!
