This scholarship was created by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bartolec in memory of their son and Duquesne student, Thomas D. Bartolec. The fund has been supported by the Bartolecs, former University President Rev. Donald Nesti, family, friends and alumni. It assists sophomores and juniors in the School of Business who meet the merit and service requirements.

Established by E. Betty Beaman and family in memory of her mother, this scholarship benefits juniors and seniors who meet need and academic requirements.

Established by the estate of Mary McPartland Beck, this scholarship is awarded to Pharmacy students in the professional phase.

Glen Beeson Memorial Scholarship
Created by the generosity of Mrs. Lillian Beeson and many family, alumni, students and friends in memory of Dean Glen Beeson, this scholarship is awarded to Business School upperclassmen based on need, merit, service to Duquesne University and service to the community. Applications are required.

Donald Bell Memorial Scholarship Fund
Created by Mrs. Jean Bell, this scholarship is awarded to students who are enrolled in the fifth or sixth year of the Mylan School of Pharmacy.

Established by the Beta Pi Sigma alumni, this fund benefits legacy students (child, step-child, grandchild, great grandchild, etc.) of Beta Pi Sigma alumni who meet the need and merit requirements. If the criteria cannot be met, further consideration will be given to a relative of a Beta Pi alumnus or a veteran of the United States Military.

The Big Four Accounting Scholarship Fund
Created by the accounting firms Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, this fund benefits upperclassmen or graduate students (pursuing Master's of Accountancy Degrees) enrolled full-time in one of the Schools of Business. This scholarship is awarded based on need and merit.

Established by the Breen Family, in memory of Thomas H. Breen, this scholarship is awarded to students enrolled in the professional phase in the Mylan School of Pharmacy based on need and merit, with preference given to students with an interest in herbal medicines and non-traditional remedies.

Dean J. Douglas Bricker and Lillian Bricker Endowed Scholarship
Established by J. Douglas and Lillian Bricker, this fund benefits Pharmacy students entering their PY III or PY IV years who meet the merit and need requirements. The scholarship is renewable for students originally receiving the award in their PY III year if merit requirements are maintained.

Created and funded by the School of Business Administration Alumni Association members, students, friends and family, this scholarship assists full-time sophomore, junior and senior Business School students who meet the need and/or merit requirements.  Application and personal interview are required.

Byzantine Rite Seminarian Endowed Scholarship
Established by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mackin, this fund benefits Byzantine seminarians who meet the need requirements.  If no Byzantine seminarians with need can be identified, then undergraduate students majoring in Philosophy and/or Theology are considered.
