Non-scholarship endowed funds enhance the quality of a Duquesne education in many ways. These funds range from endowed chairs and programs to resource funds assisting students with educational expenses other than tuition. Click on the listings below for descriptions of these funds.

Created by George and Theodora Hackett, this fund provides financial assistance to the Vocational Discernment Group and/or students involved with the Spiritan Vocational Discernment Group or Spiritan Formation Program. Administrator: Director of Spiritan Campus Ministry.

Abraham and Anna Helman Memorial Prize Endowment
Created by Rabbi Leonard A. Helman, this fund is awarded to the editor and/or members of the Duquesne Law Review. Administrator: Dean of the School of Law.

L. Theresa and James E. Henderson Educational Leaders Fund
Created by James E. Henderson, this fund is used to assist the School of Education in their efforts to foster educational leadership and social justice in schools and communities. Administrator: Dean of the School of Education in consultation with the Chair of Educational Foundations and Leadership.

Hillman Foundation Library Endowment
Established by the Hillman Foundation, this fund supports the Gumberg Library in its general functions. Administrator: University Librarian.

Robert L. Hite Memorial Endowed Student Resource Fund
Established by The Hite Company, this fund provides non-tuition financial support to students enrolled in the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business who meet the academic and residency requirements.
