Majors B. A. Spanish B. A. Modern Languages B. A. World Literatures (collaborative interdisciplinary program with Classics and English) We encourage students to combine a language major with another degree program of their choice for a double major.

Dual Degree

B.A./B.S. in International Business: Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Science in International Business.

Typically, most dual degree programs require more than the minimum of 120 credits.

Internships in the United States and abroad are encouraged as part of the coursework.

Certificate

International Business: 18 credits in one language and business courses determined by the A.J. Palumbo School of Business.

Certificate in Intercultural Study: 18 credits in core courses, area studies, and a Seminar in Intercultural Interpretation, and also intern or study abroad. Courses in Modern Languages and Literatures may be chosen to fulfill the area studies requirement.

Non-Degree Offerings

Completion of the language sequence at the 202 level satisfies the language requirement of the McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts.
