Brookline Native Receives Prestigious Ethics Award from Duquesne
Ralph A. Gigliotti, a native of Brookline, recently received the 2007 Eugene P. Beard Award for Leadership in Ethics at Duquesne University.
The award is presented to the graduating senior who best exemplifies Duquesne University’s commitment to moral and spiritual values through outstanding leadership in the area of ethics at the University, in community service or family life.
A past president of the Student Government Association at Duquesne, Gigliotti is a secondary education major in the School of Education, and an English and integrated marketing communication major in the McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts. He received a $2,500 unrestricted gift as part of the Beard Award.
