Color of Justice Encourages Minorities to Pursue Law Careers
Students from Pittsburgh Public Schools, and Penn Hills, North Catholic and Oakland Catholic high schools will attend Color of Justice , a workshop designed to encourage minority female students to consider law and judgeships as career goals.Co-sponsored by the Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania, the National Association of Women Judges and the Duquesne University School of Law, the event will focus on career preparation and will feature panel and group discussions with judges and lawyers sharing personal and professional insights. The Hon. Mary Jane Bowes, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, will moderate the event.
