Simple Strategic Planning: Getting Results

This workshop is designed to teach business owners how to put together a strategic plan that is simple, effective and flexible enough to change as a business changes. This is a plan that can be put together and executed with a work team on a regular basis. Topics include the six key areas you need to plan;  a solid format and structure for planning; strategies for marketing, sales, time management and improving team productivity; and the mindset of a successful business owner and his/her team, among others. Business owners are encouraged to bring team members to this workshop to get an immediate impact and long-term results with the resulting plan. Presented in Spanish, this seminar is designed for new business startups and entrepreneurs and will cover issues including how to get a Tax ID number, fictitious name for the business, trademark a name, insurance, taxes, legal structures, business licenses, business permits, certifications, obtaining a website, bookkeeping, loan programs, real case scenarios and business plan development. Este seminario te da una perspectiva amplia de todos los temas que tienes que tener presente antes de empezar un negocio. Tiene dos partes, una de la estructura y la otra de mercadeo.
