Forensic Fridays Session Explains the ABCs of the Patent Process
The Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law's final Forensic Friday session of the season will feature So You Have an Invention? The Patent Process from Conception to Commercialization.
The session will address the patent process, from conception to commercialization and from licensing to litigation.
Join presenters Dr. Gwen R. Acker Wood, a patent attorney and former neurologist; Anthony H. Handal, an intellectual property trial attorney and technology company organizer; and Monami D. Roy, a patent attorney.
This session is pre-approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for three hours of substantive CLE credit.
Participants can attend this seminar in person or online.
