Former Rite Aid Exec to Speak at Ethics Luncheon Forum
Former Rite Aid President and Chief Operating Officer Timothy Noonan will be the keynote speaker at the Ethics Luncheon Forum: It’s Your Choice…An Insider’s View of a Corporate Scandal, hosted by the Beard Center for Leadership in Ethics at Duquesne University.
During his address, Making the Right Decisions Personally and Professionally, Noonan will present an insider’s view of a recent business scandal. Charting his 30-year odyssey at Rite Aid — from store manager when the company was a family-run business to interim CEO of a multi-billion dollar international corporation — Noonan will expose the strategies and politics that led to corporate missteps, then to lawsuits and SEC scrutiny, and eventually to criminal indictments against Rite Aid executives.
