Holiday-Themed Concert at Duquesne to Benefit Pancreatic Cancer Action Network

The Mary Pappert School of Music will host Happy Holidays: A Concert Benefiting the Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer on Monday, Nov. 27, at 7:30 p.m. in the Charles J. Dougherty Ballroom of the Duquesne University Power Center.

Under the artistic direction of Mike Tomaro, the concert will feature the Mike Tomaro Big Band performing numerous holiday favorites.

Guest artists at the concert include:

  • Tania Grubbs
  • Chris Laitta
  • Dan Vanatter
  • Natalie Tomaro
  • Andrea Tomaro.

One-hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, whose mission is to save lives and "attack pancreatic cancer on all fronts: research, clinical initiatives, patient services and advocacy."

Admission at the door is a suggested donation of $15 and $10 for seniors and students with a valid ID.
