Presented in Spanish, this seminar is designed for new business startups and entrepreneurs and will cover issues including how to get a Tax ID number, fictitious name for the business, trademark a name, insurance, taxes, legal structures, business licenses, business permits, certifications, obtaining a website, bookkeeping, loan programs, real case scenarios and business plan development. Sponsored by the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center.  

Este seminario te da una perspectiva amplia de todos los temas que tienes que tener presente antes de empezar un negocio. Tiene dos partes, una de la estructura y la otra de mercadeo. Al final recibiras un cuestionario para que lo llenes y luego lo envias con el formato Request for Consulting para asi fijar una cita y conversar sobre tu cuestionario de tu empresa.
