Extraordinary Leadership: Mastering Change in Today’s Economy

Focusing on how change affects individuals and best practices for leading through change, this workshop will include interactive sessions designed to capture learning points and individual styles. Participants will discuss how the economy has changed the rules of the workplace; understand the stages of change; learn the positive and negative approaches of managing changes; obtain survival tips in a changing workplace; and experiment with skills through simulations and dialogue.
