Nursing School Prepares for 75th Anniversary Celebration
A celebration marking the Duquesne University School of Nursing's 75th anniversary will be held on campus this weekend.
Events begin in the Union Ballroom with a multimedia presentation about the School of Nursing's history. Events also include tours of the nursing school labs, displays of memorabilia, presentations on current nursing research and various opportunities for alumni to reconnect with each other and with current faculty, staff and students of the School of Nursing.
Later, in Duquesne's Power Center Ballroom, the nursing school will host cocktails, dinner and an induction ceremony for the first group of alumnae to become members of the School of Nursing Alumni Hall of Fame.
When: Saturday, March 24
Where: From 3 to 10 p.m., Duquesne University, 600 Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh.
