Employee Open Enrollment for 2012-2013

Employee parking permit renewal applications will be available online beginning May 14 through June 30, 2012. Any employee planning to park on campus at the start of the fall semester must apply. Information, including 2012-13 income-indexed permit rates are now available on DORI. Summer Permits - Apply Online Beginning on May 7, 2012

Student online permit sales for the summer semester only will begin on Monday, May 7, 2012.  To purchase a summer semester permit apply online and complete the application.Anyone purchasing monthly/weekly permits must apply in person at the Parking Office.  Please have valid I.D., vehicle information and method of payment at the time you pick up your permit.

Student Fall 2012 Permit Sales

Fall permits for the 2012-2013 academic year will go on sale beginning on July 1, 2012. Please check back for additional updates.


Resident Freshman Parking - Limited Fall Permits Available July 1, 2012

Parking permits for freshman resident students are now being offered for the upcoming 2013 fall semester. There are a limited number available, they will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.

South Side Shuttle Passes

Shuttle pass sales for the fall 2013 semester will begin on July 1, 2012, the permits are $75.  
The shuttle is scheduled to arrive at Duquesne University approximately every 15-20 minutes!

  • Shuttle operations will follow the academic calendar (no weekends, breaks or holidays).
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • A second bus will be added during the peak ride time of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Visitors

All visitors should park in the Forbes Avenue Parking Garage. There, a campus map will guide you to your destination. The eighth floor walkway leads directly to the upper campus.
