Drivers' Responsibilities

Park only where your permit allows you to park.

Do not leave your vehicle illegally parked and unattended. Have a licensed driver in the car if you park illegally to load or unload.
Even if someone else drives your car, you, as the permit holder, are responsible for any tickets that your car incurs.

Notify Parking & Traffic Management during business hours or the campus police at other times if you:

• Do not have your permit or gate card
• Need somewhere else to park because your designated parking area is full
• Cannot gain access to your designated area
• Have mechanical trouble while illegally parked
• Have any questions regarding parking policies and/or procedures

If you need help with dead batteries, flat tires, keys locked in cars, or if your car is broken into or stolen, contact the campus police in Public Safety at x2677.

All vehicles parked or operated on campus, and their drivers, must conform to the vehicle code of Pennsylvania. Violators are subject to the sanctions in the State vehicle code.
