The Mylan School of Pharmacy is staging its Ninth Annual Golf Invitational on Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Quicksilver Golf Club. All proceeds from the Invitational will be used to provide scholarship funds for deserving pharmacy students.

We hope you will support the student scholarships and the Golf Invitational. The key to success in an event such as this is sponsorship. The possible sponsorship levels are:

  • Platinum Sponsor $2000, includes four golfers, an acknowledgement sign on a tee with company name and logo, a full-page color ad in the program book, and recognition in marketing material
  • Gold Sponsor $1750, includes two golfers, an acknowledgement sign on a beverage cart with company name and logo, a full-page color ad in the program book, and recognition in marketing material
  • Silver Sponsor $1250, includes one golfer, an acknowledgement sign on a dinner table with company name or logo, a half-page color ad in the program book and recognition in marketing material
  • Bronze Sponsor $1250, includes one golfer, an acknowledgement sign on a lunch table with company name or logo, a half-page color ad in the program book and recognition in marketing material

Serious and not-so-serious golfers are encouraged to play. Alumni, colleagues and friends of the School are cordially invited to come out for the day, so gather your foursomes. It’s a great opportunity to informally interact with other alumni and friends of the School. The tournament format will be a four-person scramble with play of the best ball with lunch, dinner, and prize banquet.

Mulligans
Each golfer will receive a complimentary ticket for the grand prize drawing at registration. Increase your odds of winning the grand prize by purchasing additional tickets for $5.00 each. Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle tickets will be sold: 3 for $5.00 or 7 for $10.00. Mulligans for golf play will be sold for $ 5.00 each. Credit card payments, except American Express, will be accepted.
