My role in the Policy Center is to provide students with a course that exposes them to empirical research on topics of political behavior and public policy. The Women and Politics course illustrates how interest groups affect and are affected by pubic policy. My service as a reader on theses guides students in learning how to get from hypothesis formulation to testing hypotheses, to producing results.
