The wedding reception package is available to university alumni, current students or employees (and their children) and includes:
- 5 hours in the Power Center Ballroom (includes a cocktail reception in the elegant Fides Shepperson Suite)
- Complimentary cheese and fruit spread based on your guest count for your cocktail reception
- Bartending service and full bar set up (everything but the alcohol)
- Basic linens and skirting for cake and fruit & cheese tables
- Modern furniture, dance floor & staging for a variety of head table configurations
- Set up & clean up services
- A professional catering staff to serve your buffet or plated dinner, tray and replenish your cookies and cut and serve your cake with no additional fees
- A variety of streamlined audio/visual options for slide shows & video presentations
- The convenience of dropping off items the day before
- Guest parking in the Forbes Garage
- A dedicated Event Coordinator to assist with your reception planning & day-of event execution from start to finish
