Appropriations

The Duquesne Program Council (DPC) allocates funding to student organizations once a semester, so to obtain the funds necessary to support your programming you will need to plan ahead, and follow the proper procedures.

DATES TO KEEP IN MIND

Last day to submit budget proposals: 11/4/11

Last day to schedule an appointment: 11/9/11

Appropriations Weekend: 11/12/11

Notification of Funding: 11/28/11


Once you have completed your Appropriations Packet, remember to sign up for a time to present your request before the DPC board of Directors. The Sign-Up sheet will be available outside the DPC office. Spaces are limited.

Program Proposal Forms MUST be printed, signed and returned to the DPC by the appropriate deadline date.

One member from your organization MUST attend your scheduled appointment on
November 12, 2011 to be considered for funding!
