Alpha Delta
General Fraternity
Alpha Delta is a National Fraternity that was founded out of a dire need to help keep young men out of trouble by holding before them a standard of manhood that would withstand the test of the ages. Founded by 14 men representing 4 Universities in the Henley Park Hotel in Washington D.C. on August 4, 2007, Alpha Delta upholds that its purpose is a fraternity of college men in recognition that service to mankind is not only an obligation, but a higher calling. Yet while Alpha Delta has a high standard in service, it maintains many academic and social opportunities for its brothers.
Alpha Phi Delta

Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity was founded in 1914 at Syracuse University by a group of men with Italian roots. Alpha Phi Delta men across the country are campus leaders in numerous organizations and many of its nearly 20,000 lifelong members have become top leaders in all facets of life. The Psi Chapter at Duquesne University is proud to note that their Brotherhood is truly life-long with one of the most active and prominent alumni organizations at the University.
Alpha Tau Omega
General Fraternity
Alpha Tau Omega was founded at the Virginia Military Institute in 1865 under Christian principles rather than Greek principles. Alpha Tau Omega is the first fraternity founded as a national fraternity and to this day ranks among the top ten national fraternities for number of chapters and totally number of members - more than 140 chapters with over 6,500 undergraduates and 181,000 alumni worldwide.
Delta Chi

Members of the Delta Chi Fraternity strive to achieve and live by the ideals o f Leaders, Athletes, Scholars, & Gentlemen.
Since its founding in 1890 at Cornell University, Delta Chi has grown to more than 120 chapters and colonies across the country and has initiated more than 90,000 members. The Delta Chi Fraternity was chartered at Duquesne University on April 16, 1994 and has become one of the most involved fraternities on campus.
Gamma Phi
General Fraternity
The Gamma Phi Fraternity is a local fraternity founded at Duquesne University in 1916. Originally founded as a business fraternity, Gamma Phi is not only the oldest fraternity on campus, but the oldest recognized student organization as well.
Known around campus as the "Gammas," the organization adheres closely to its tradition as a local fraternity by having its philanthropy as the Hill House Association.

Phi Kappa Theta
General Fraternity
Phi Kappa Theta is a national fraternity that represents the union of two fraternities: Phi Kappa and Theta Kappa Phi, two leading Catholic fraternities when they merged April 29, 1959.
"Phi Kaps" dedicate themselves to four ideals: Fraternal, Intellectual, Social and Spiritual. Since 1889, Phi Kappa Theta has grown to 57 chapters and colonies across the country, more than 1,500 men in its undergraduate chapters, and over 50,000 alumni worldwide.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon

Sigma Alpha Epsilon was founded on March 9, 1856 at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa in order to promote the highest standards of scholarship, and service for their members based upon the ideals set forth by the Founders and as specifically enunciated in the creed.
On October 19, 1996, the Pennsylvania Xi chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon received its charter and to this date the chapter has initiated over 100 men and continues to grow strong.

Sigma Tau Gamma
General Fraternity
Founded in 1920 at Central Missouri State Teacher's College, Sigma Tau Gamma has grown to more than 100 college campuses across the country, including it's Delta Beta chapter on the Bluff. “The Sig Tau's” strive to follow six principles which constitute areas in their lives dealing with values, learning, leadership, excellence, benefit, and integrity. Each of these principles is taught to the incoming Associate Members in a four-week education program.
Tau Kappa Epsilon

Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) was founded on January 10, 1899 at Illinois Wesleyan University. With over 240,000 members and 268 active chapters and colonies located throughout the United States and Canada, TKE is one of the largest and most well-known fraternities.
"Tekes" uphold the principles promoted by the Fraternity, and believe that the essential elements of true brotherhood are love, charity and esteem. Each member of TKE is provided with the resources that will help him achieve his personal best and prepare him for success after graduation.
