Dukettes Dance Team
The purpose of the Dukettes Dance Team is to promote sportsmanship and maintain a respected presence on the campus, in the entertainment arena and in the surrounding community. The team's goal is to illustrate the talent of the dancers, the spirit of the University, and provide support to intercollegiate athletics. The Dukettes participate in athletic activity through performing dances and cheers, providing entertainment and participating in various competitions. The team also serves as public relation ambassadors to intercollegiate athletics and Duquesne, by appearing at campus-wide activities, functions and programs.

Encore Show Choir
Encore Show Choir is a singing and dancing ensemble that performs a variety of pop, rock and musical selections at various events at Duquesne University and in the surrounding community. The organization is comprised of students from all class years and academic majors. Membership is determined by audition on a yearly basis.

Exhalations Dance Theatre is an organization that strives to promote and perform contemporary dance styles, along with educating and training any dancer who wishes to enhance their dance ability. Exhalations is for dancers of all levels and offers opportunities in performing choreography, and service.

The Medieval & Renaissance Players is an amateur theatrical company, producing and performing in period-appropriate and authentic style drama, in English from the Middle-Ages and English Renaissance.

New Beginnings Ministries is a Christian faith based social organization, comprised of a gospel choir, spirit step team, spoken word, mime ministry and band. Members of New Beginnings Ministries combine their unique talents to praise & worship God, spread His Word and love.

Red Masquers
Theater Company - Drama
The Duquesne University Red Masquers is the oldest amateur theatre company in Pittsburgh. Known as the Red Masquers since 1914, the group traces its roots back to the late 1800's with Duquesne first started to offer an education in drama. The Red Masquers provide an extracurricular outlet for students who wish to participate and learn about theare work and activities.

Spotlight Musical Theatre Company
The Spotlight Musical Theatre Company is an organization for students with an interest in musical theatre. Spotlight was specifically created to produce musical theatre productions; both cabaret performances, as well as full scale musicals. Membership to the group is open to any student with an interest in musical theatre, and auditions are required for those who wish to perform in productions. Upon becoming a member of Spotlight, participants are asked to pay dues to help support production costs. General meetings are held once a month, and rehearsals scheduled for productions are determined by the director.
