Duquesne University has designated the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI, Galway) as a Duquesne University International Study Center.
A study center is a study abroad site at a partner university in another country. Duquesne University has selected this partner university for its:

- geographic desirability
At an International Study Center students will have the opportunity to:
- travel and study together as an integrated group during their semester abroad
- choose from an extensive menu of pre-approved courses
- enjoy tailored support services facilitated by an on-site coordinator.
Students will learn and grow in a new culture with the support of fellow Duquesne students.
