Information Center
The Information Center is located on the third floor of the Duquesne Union, and a satellite Information Desk is located in the PNC Atrium, on the second floor of the Union. Knowledgeable staff members are available seven days a week when the University is in session to assist students or guests, in person or by phone, with directions or general information about campus.
In addition, the Information Center services houses the following services:
- Student organization mailboxes and office keys
- Interoffice and U.S. mailboxes
- Lost and found
- Weekly and monthly Port Authority Transit bus passes and ticket books
- Fax service
- Event ticket sales
Lockers
Lockers can be found on the first floor of the Duquesne Union, as well as in Mellon Hall, Rockwell Hall, Hanley Hall, College Hall and the Music School. Rentals permits are issued on an annual basis only, for rentals from August through May. Students can purchase a locker permit, which includes the lock, at service center of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Initial rental fees are $10; renewals are $5.
Lost and Found
A lost and found service is maintained by the Information Center, third floor of the Duquesne Union. Articles found in the residence halls are taken to the main office of Towers.
Electronic Message Boards
The message board on the second floor is managed by the Computer Store and lists events occurring at the Duquesne Union. The Message board on the third floor is managed by the Student Government Association. Contact SGA to arrange for a message to be posted.
