Know Your Numbers is back!
Earn $250 for participating in our Know Your Numbers Campaign. Open to employees enrolled in a Duquesne University medical plan. The campaign requires the completion of screenings and online Wellness Profile. Contact the Center for Pharmacy Care at 412-396-2155 to schedule your free screening. Personal physician visits, health clinic and community screenings may also be used. These will require the completion of the documentation form and may require a copay. If you obtain your screenings outside of the Center for Pharmacy Care, please have the medical professional complete the documentation form. Completed forms must be received by the Benefits Office no later than December 31, 2014.
Once you have completed your screenings, complete the Wellness Profile sponsored by your health insurance provider.

The Duquesne University Center for Pharmacy Care, located in the Muldoon Building, offers the following FREE immunizations to all University employees when they present their University Medical Identification card (i.e., Cigna OAP or UPMC.)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Immunization
- Pneumococcal Immunization
- TDaP - Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

Medication Therapy Management
Full-time Duquesne employees with chronic health conditions such as high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes can learn how to take their medications correctly and manage their symptoms, helping them stay healthier. Sponsored by the Mylan School of Pharmacy.
