The Department of Theology at Duquesne University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in Theology for the 2017-18 academic year.

This position is a 1-year appointment and will teach 4 undergraduate sections per semester in several course areas from the University Core Curriculum, which may include Biblical and Historical Perspectives, Theological Views of the Person, Global and Cultural Perspectives, Theological Ethics, and Faith and Reason. Both on-campus and online teaching may be required. Two to three separate course preparations may be required.

The successful candidate will have earned Ph.D. in theology, religious studies or closely related field, and proven experience in teaching undergraduates.
