Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice - Cardiology

The Division of Pharmacy Practice of the Mylan School of Pharmacy seeks to fill a 12-month position for an Assistant Professor in Pharmacy Practice with an emphasis in Cardiology. Tenure track/non-tenure track is negotiable.

Applicants should possess a Pharm.D. degree with PGYII Cardiology residency training. Candidates with teaching experience and a record of success in scholarly activities are preferred. The candidate must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include didactic and clinical experiential teaching of Doctor of Pharmacy students and developing cardiology pharmacy practice service at a regional health-system site in concert with the School of Pharmacy administration and the Director of Experiential Education. It is expected that a successful candidate will participate in scholarly activities to involve practice-based research with a focus on cardiology practice and patient outcomes resulting in publications.
