*No returns on software.
*No returns on gift cards or point of sale activation cards.
*No returns are accepted past 30 days from purchase date.
All returns are subject to up to 20% restocking fee.
No returns are accepted without receipt and original packaging.
No returns are accepted for defective or damaged product. Customers must contact manufacturer directly.
A return request form must be completed.
Computer Store Management must approve all returns.
The Duquesne University Computer Store participates in various contests, promotions, sweepstakes and other giveaways. Entry rules vary by contest as specified. Winners will be chosen in a variety of ways as described by the various contests. Deadlines vary per contest.
Winners will be notified individually at specific times indicated in each contest description. Alternate winners will be chosen in the event the winner does not meet the contest rules.
The Duquesne University Computer Store reserves the right to evaluate all entries and remove entries deemed inappropriate. Inappropriate entries include, but are not limited to, entries by persons not affiliated by Duquesne University, entries that include false information, entries that violate the Duquesne University Code of Conduct and any other entry deemed inappropriate by Duquesne University.
