The Graduate School of Education allows students to transfer a maximum of 6 graduate credits that meet the following requirements and that are documented by an official transcript from the credit granting institution if they meet the following criteria:
- Courses were earned at a fully accredited graduate program.
- Student must have earned a grade of "B" or higher.
- Courses are not more than six years old.
In order to transfer credits, students must submit a letter to the program advisor identifying those transcripted courses that he or she wishes to be considered for transfer.
Because the M.S.Ed. in Educational Studies program is flexible in terms of elective credits, applications for credit transfer (that meet all of the above criteria) are routinely approved.
