Minutes

For the panel on Using the F Word: Feminist Methodology in Research and Teaching,Profs. Linda Kinnahan (English) spoke on Between the Disciplines: Feminist Work and Interdisciplinary Studies, and Jean Donovan (Theology) on Searching for Lost Voices. After some lively exchanges, the discussion centered on whether feminist methodologyshould be more broadly construed as feminist ethicsand the difference that this distinction might make for a feminist approach to the human sciences. Many participants in the discussion felt that a follow up session would be necessary to do minimal justice to the topic so such a session will be planned for the future.
