Ethical Challenges in the Adjudication of Defendants with Mental Illness

Offered both on site and online, the Cyril H. Wecht Institute for Forensic Science and Law will host its first Ethics and Eats seminar of the fall semester titled Ethical Challenges in the Adjudication of Defendants with Mental Illness. Attorneys, social workers and other professionals involved in the adjudication of defendants with mental illness will learn best practices for meeting various ethical challenges related to these issues. This program is approved for two hours of ethics continuing legal education credit as well as two hours of social work continuing education credit.
